Today's training

Sunny, not too cold. A very nice run. I did about 12 KM's today. Most parts of the road where snow free luckily.
I enjoyed it very much today. Too bad I didn't bring my camera.

Tomorrow a short training depending on the weather conditions.

Today's training

Today's training was good, lot's of rain and a nice average length run. Not a fast one just relaxing and enjoy running.
Resulting in lot's of energy.

Apple Ipad

The new Apple Ipad has arrived, looks like a cool gadget, sort of an oversized Iphone. Since I already own an Iphone I won't go running to the shop too buy an Ipad. Mixed reactions all around as well. Nonetheless I think it will be a big hit once again for Apple.

Training and logging it all

Well, I have been training a lot lately and in the past I have tried to use this blog as a device too keep track of everything.
Instead I have been lazy , and just put all the data from my watch in the database.

Not doing anything with it really, I am considering writing about my training again here. Not so much the data , more about the experience.
Only thing is I need the discipline to do it.

From next week on, when I start with the new schedule. I'll post about it.

Soundgarden

Well, as all of you already know , Soundgarden is reunited. Funny thing is, I only have one album. And that's not even their (I think) most well known album.
It's Badmotorfinger. So I don't even have Superunknown. With on it Black hole sun. For some reason I forgot the other albums.
Luckily I know most songs but nonetheless I should have bought them earlier.

Time to scoop them up before the new tour (hopefully ).
