Training

Last couple of weeks I did a lot of short and fast sessions , just a few long runs.
Lots of long runs in the near future though.

Bought new running equipment , shoes and some cloths. tested the shoes yesterday with a short 8,5 Km run.
Now I know I really needed new ones

Computer glitch ?

Someone apparently made a typo, resulting in automatic trading systems to generate a lot of sell orders.
Then you get this..... bet some people made a lot money. I just cannot believe this was a simple typo.

Rebirth for Iphone

I used to have a lot of fun with propellerhead's Rebirth software. Two 303's , a 808 and a 909.
Totally cool, and now available as an app on your iphone . Vintage software in a way !
