The guys and girls at Native instruments have updated their DJ software to Traktor Pro, they have made one version named Traktor pro. So if you buy the scratch package you don't have to update to the "bigger and better" version as you had to do with the 3.x ones. I like that very much No more extra costs to get the full functionality. And one product to focus on for the developers. For all the new cool features and more info visit the Native Instruments traktor microsite This one was on my wish list for quite some time now. With this new update it's really time to get it

A new remix is out for some time now, for me the original is far better. To my surprise a lot of people don't know the original. Or have forgotten about it. Well as usual youtube has the answer. I think.... A lot of versions are floating around So if I am incorrect please contact me.

Well ok, i admit it i am a bit of a nerd and i like all the toys out there, last couple of years i sold all my hardware due to my limited time. I needed to get in deep with my tools. So i stripped my setup down to Reason, live and reaktor. Which gives me all the sonic possibilities you can imagine. Using my limited time getting to know all this software better. (I used too only scratch the surface) It was a learning phase for me. Useful because i didn't get distracted by all the nice knobs. Lately i am starting to miss my hardware. So i am thinking about adding some hardware to my software setup again. Only question is what will it be ? Keep you all posted !

Now that i am spending more time making music, or noise depending what your perspective is, I find it hard to finish a track or song if you like. I used to get lost just making short loops and sounds. Now i create something that you might call a song. Then i have a lot of difficulty getting to a point where i think the song is finished. I never seem to be happy with the result. Somehow I always feel it's no good. I always keep polishing, editing and so on. How do i reach the point where i can say, ok this track is finished. Any tips ?
